For the most part, this was accomplished by learning how to blend ingredients and flavourings not how to present a meal. The Spanish believe that a plate of food should look like what it is and at the same time taste of what it appears to be. As you travel the world, you will find that Spanish cuisine is more than just a plate of tapas.

It is not unusual to see a whole family in a restaurant for three or four hours even though they arrived after ten o\'clock, which is the norm.
